Stuart Harrison: Phil, as we knew him at college, was at Kings from 1964-1967, I think, and a resident of the Cloisters in his 2nd & 3rd years.

Frank Haslam: Phil was a great friend of Dr Richard Devonshire so we saw a lot of him in 89 Gower Street.

The Rev Canon Peter Mackenzie, vicar, Goudhurst with Kilndown (Canterbury), to retire with effect from September 30, 2007, becoming Canon Emeritus, Canterbury Cathedral (same diocese) (The Times Dec 10 2007). Retired to France.
Revd Canon Peter Mackenzie was licensed on Saturday 10th September 2011 as Priest-in-Charge of both All Saints' Turvey and St Mary the Virgin, Stevington, part of the Sharnbrook Deanery within the Diocese of St. Albans.
