Stuart Harrison: Phil, as we knew him at college, was at Kings from 1964-1967, I think, and a resident of the Cloisters in his 2nd & 3rd years.
Frank Haslam: Phil was a great friend of Dr Richard Devonshire so we saw a lot of him in 89 Gower Street. Is anyone in touch with Richard?
